Information you give us: when you send a franchise enquiry, contact message, job application or feedback, we receive the details you enter — such as your name, mobile number, email, city and your message.
Location in your browser: if you tap “Use my location” on the Locations page, your browser shares your approximate location with the page to sort outlets by distance. This happens on your device and is not sent to or stored by us.
Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) in server logs for security and performance.
02How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry, message, application or feedback.
- To evaluate franchise enquiries and job applications.
- To improve our menu, outlets and website.
- We do not sell your personal information.
03Third-party services
- Maps: Google Maps is used to show where our outlets are. On the Outlets page and when you tap “Open live Google Map” or “Show on map”, the map is loaded from Google, and Google’s privacy policy applies to it.
- Social media: links to Instagram and Facebook take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies.
- Email: until our online enquiry system is live, forms open your own email app to send the message to us.
